Look ma! I'm just hanging here!

We thought we should probably elevate his head in someway. The thought of jacking up his bed like a broken down car in the front yard didn't sound appealing, so we decided to try something else. He's ALWAYS loved to lay on his changing table pad. (Always = since about 3-weeks-old, when he stopped screaming like a banshee when we'd change his diaper...) Since the pad wasn't elevated we had to add a blanket from the living room to give it a little lift. We also thought landing on something a little softer would help him stay sleeping longer, so we added a nice, soft quilt to the top. I know, I know...you should put NOTHING in the crib with a baby, but you know what?
THIS works for us!
We were able to take it all out a few days ago, but you better believe me when I say I'll remember this contraption the next time this breastfed baby gets sick!
Austin and Corey even prepared for Spring by shopping for new fishing supplies!
Do they have a snoopy pole in this book?
