Kyle's Graduation

The RBES Class of 2012 included a very special person in our lives. My Godbaby, Aubrey's God Father, and Austin and Jay's best buddy, Kyky! We are so proud of the fine young man Kyle has grown into. We were honored to be part of his cheering section as he said good-bye to grade school and hello to the endless possibilities of his future! We love you, Kyle!
*** I was super honored to get to help plan the party decorations. It was what I like to call a grownup baseball theme. It wasn't over the top, but it definitely got the point across that our favorite graduate is a lover of all things baseball!***

Mother's Day/Back to Work

It's hard to believe that I already have four Mother's Days under my belt. Being a mother is by far the hardest thing I've ever done. The worry, guilt and fear I ever felt before Austin seem silly...But the happiness, joy and love I get to experience everyday far outweighs all of that. Some days, seeing these two tiny people that I brought to life (with the help of their dad, of course) love each other is almost to much for my heart to handle. What a blessing they both are to us and each other! This Mother's Day was bittersweet. I was happy to be celebrating, but so very sad to be heading back to work the next day. The new job was exciting, but it didn't make leaving my kids any easier! I keep telling myself that this year I got the best Christmas gift that lasted through Mother's Day -- I got to be a stay at home mom for five whole months! Five fast months that were some of the best months EVER.
2009 - My First Official Mother's Day
2010
2011 - My first unofficial Mother's Day as a Mommy of Two
And this year, the BEST Mother's Day to date...
2012 - My first Mother's Day with TWO sweet kiddos!
