The addition of a little girl meant we could officially part ways with our 19 tubs of boy clothes. We worked for two straight weeks sorting, ironing and marking clothes. Nana was once again a God-send. I think my kids think she lives in our basement after all the time she spent down there!
We welcomed early-birds through-out the week, but there was still plenty to go around once the sale started. At one point there were 23 people in our garage, digging through clothes and looking for a bargain. And what a bargain they were getting!A lot of people asked if I was sad to see his clothes go. I can honestly say I really wasn't. I ended up keeping a few things (first Christmas, Easter, coming home outfit, etc) but the rest needed to go to someone that can enjoy it. I definitely don't need to store 20+ tubs for 30 years!
Aubrey was all decked out for the garage sale....
...we wanted everyone to be very clear that she was NOT for sale!
