Ay-yi-yi, a whole month without a post! Life is moving at the speed of sound these days. We've been busy with nothing in particular...everyday life, work, preschool, etc. make little time for blogging. I thought I'd do one giant post instead of trying to catch up on 20 little posts - which I'm afraid would never happen!
The end of August and September finally brought about cool enough temps to enjoy some time outside!
The farmers have been a little sad about this year's crops...
Austin started his second year of preschool. He's been in school for about 6 weeks now and really seems to enjoy it. We've had good reports so far and we look forward to talking to his teacher during parent/teacher conferences in a few weeks. I've been lucky enough to move my schedule around to be able to take him to school each morning. I think he enjoys it and it definitely helps with my mom guilt.
The kids have really started to play well together. Austin is slowly learning that Aubrey isn't going to break everything. Aubrey is learning to not back down when she wants something!
Bath time is our favorite time of night!
We've started helping Aunt B prep for her big day!
Aubrey has been exploring every corner of the house..
And eating everything she can get her hands on...
Austin and Pa had fun building a log cabin...
...And we shared some exciting news with the kids...but more about that later!
