Our yard has been very sparse until recently. For reasons I don't understand, it was decided that we would wait until Spring to plant grass around our little house on the Prairie. The time has finally come and Austin has enjoyed helping his Dad and Pa plant glass and spread straw. Mom, on the other hand, didn't enjoy sinking up to her knees in mud when she was in charge of moving sprinklers (while her son yelled for fruit snacks from the back porch).
But after a little hard work, a few prayers and buckets of rain....
We finally have stubble grass! We look forward to actually playing in our yard very soon!
