Baby Boy @ 36 Weeks

How far along? 36 weeks 

Sleep? It’s been better. The last few days have been terrible thanks to an awful sinus infection.

Best Recent Moment? When Austin actually sat still enough to SEE his brother move.  His first comment – “Wait, wait! Is he like wearing a diaper in there, or what?”

Miss Anything? My breath – I can’t seem to catch it these days.

Movement? It’s slowing down but it’s still pretty powerful…and low.

Size of the Baby? "Your baby is still packing on the pounds — at the rate of about an ounce a day. He now weighs almost 6 pounds (like a crenshaw melon) and is more than 18 1/2 inches long."

Food Cravings? I just want to be able to taste something at this point.

Labor Signs? Maybe a few Braxton hicks here and there. Lots and lots of tailbone pain.

Weight Gain? Around 40 lbs

Belly Button In or Out? Still in 

Wedding Rings On or Off? Wedding ring is still on. Band I got from Austin has been off or a week or two now.

Mood? Excited!

Looking Forward To? Organizing bedrooms!

36 Week Appointment: BP was a bit high but they think that's from the sinus medicine I took last night. I'm 1 - 2 cm dilated but his head is still "fairly high." (36 weeks with Austin - "almost a fingertip," 36 weeks with Aubrey - "fingertip.") It was just the news I needed to let me know we're headed in the right direction, but more than likely we still have a few weeks to get a few more things accomplished.

Next Appointment: April 8 @ 37 weeks
