What's up, Austin?

The blog (when I do actually post) has been very JP/Aubrey heavy, so I thought I'd do a quick check-in on Austin. So... what's up, Austin?

You are doing great at Thursday School (Preschool) and Sunday School. The biggest issue (if it even is an issue) is that you won't put your coat on at the end of the day. Spring is right around the corner, baby boy!

You rarely eat a full meal and ten minutes later you want a snack. 

You love spending time with your cousins. Here you're helping Kalli with her Chemistry homework. Pretty sure you had all the answers...

You were a great help getting the house ready for Christmas before JP's big arrival. You were especially helpful when the tree needed a little work...

Your love for books continues to grow. You love coloring and working in "workbooks."

You were so excited to meet your baby sister. You often practiced taking care of her by putting Jeffery in and out of the Boppy seat. You often told me to "take care of that baby" while I was pregnant. I knew you were going to be the BEST big brother!

You still LOVE to farm. Putting on your work boots and overalls (which you called "cover balls" at one point...) is like handing you a million dollars.

You love to help clean! (Worked out well when I was nesting and wanted to scrub toilets at 8:00 at night)

You've spread your toys far and wide in our new house....even the master bath floor has been plowed and fertilized...

You crack us up every single day. Lately you love to tell us stories. Just tonight you told us that all your friends love sour cream and they are always asking you for some. (Huh? Say what?)

You are growing and changing so much every single day, but one thing hasn't changed...Your Mom and Dad love you with all their hearts!
